We currently ship only within the United States.
International orders are not available at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using USPS live rates.

Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on our homepage or product pages.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on USPS service, weather, or holidays.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Occult Lifestyle is not responsible for delays or losses caused by USPS once the package has left our facility.
If your order is lost or missing, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
However, you may also email us at occultlifestyle@gmail.com we’ll always try to help locate it.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
